We specialise in the sensitive restoration and conservation of Ireland's built and natural heritage 'Preserving Ireland's past for your future'. Our experienced team works with traditional materials and methods to repair and preserve historic structures for future generations.

Our Capabilities

Historic Masonry Restoration

Careful repair and rebuild of historic stone and brick structures using appropriate traditional materials and methods.

Lime Mortar Pointing & Rendering

Specialist lime mortar application for historic buildings, ensuring breathability and long-term compatibility.

Conservation Roof Works

Specialist roofing in traditional materials including natural slating, lead flashings and detailing, and copper roof works — all carried out to conservation standards.

Heritage Building Repair

Structural and cosmetic repairs to listed and historic buildings, undertaken in consultation with conservation officers. Works focus on preserving the original character and fabric of each building using appropriate materials and techniques.

Conservation Carpentry

Specialist repair and reinstatement of historic joinery and internal timbers, including windows, doors, staircases and decorative woodwork, using traditional methods and sympathetic materials.

Structural Stabilisation Works

Structural stabilisation of listed buildings and structures, encompassing both temporary propping and bracing during active conservation works and permanent structural interventions to ensure long-term stability and integrity.

Stabilisation, masonry repairs and repointing works to a listed 16th-century castle, including bespoke internal Corten steel access platforms, stairs, guardrails and interpretation features. External works included hard and soft landscaping and feature lighting.

Glenstal Abbey

Masonry repairs, repointing and steam cleaning to the listed Glenstal Abbey, including works across six roof structures. Roofing works comprised timber repairs, natural Bangor Blue slating and intricate leadwork.

Stone and brick repointing, roof covering repairs, lime rendering and internal restoration works to the historic outbuildings of the listed Rathfarnham Castle.

Removal of defective lead roof coverings, structural timber repairs and installation of a bespoke lead dome. Works also included restoration of the finial and weathervane, heritage clock and clockface repairs, along with masonry steam cleaning and repointing.

Careful restoration of the existing tin covering, including removal, repair and reinstatement. Works also included the restoration of timber sash windows and doors, intricate internal timberwork and decorative finishes, along with M&E upgrades and full redecoration to bring the building back into use.

External works included bespoke polished concrete seating, polished concrete footpaths and landscaping, along with the full redecoration of the concrete shelters.
